We are Dragon Boat at USC , a competitive collegiate team that is entirely student-run. Put simply, Dragon Boat is a competitive, team-based boat racing sport. Our team races against other collegiate and non-collegiate teams in several races throughout the year in locations like San Francisco and Arizona. We are proud to announce that our team recently raced in the 200m A division semifinals and 500m B division finals at the Baby Long Beach race, in our highest divisions yet.

We would like to seek your support to help us buy some new equipment for our team and pay for our expenses next year. We are looking to buy new paddles, as our club only has 20 paddles for over 40 regular paddlers, forcing some to use old and splintering paddles or use paddles that are the wrong size. We also want to buy a new monitor for our PERG machine, a modified rowing machine. This and other supplies to maintain and repair our PERG would contribute to ensure that we can train on land as well. Other raised money would go towards next year's boat rentals and race fees, which costs thousands of dollars every year.

Our team has been steadily improving over the years, and we would greatly appreciate any help from friends, family, and alumni to lift Dragon Boat at USC to be the best collegiate team in Southern California! Any amount will be an investment that helps all of our current and future generations of USC paddlers. Thank you, and Fight On!
