USC Good Neighbors Campaign

For 31 years, USC Good Neighbors has built a stronger, more vibrant city by expanding college access, promoting health and wellness, combating food insecurity, increasing access to the arts, community sustainability, and workforce training. Powered by USC faculty and staff, we have invested over $31 million through 1,100+ grants.

100% of every contribution directly supports programs surrounding the University Park and Health Sciences campuses.

Your Impact in Action

Launching Bold Futures

You fuel educational journeys for hundreds of K-12 students through innovative, hands-on learning programs at USC’s campuses. Faculty and staff lead transformative programs, like Med-COR, Expanding STARS’ summer research labs, and the Physician Assistant Pipeline Program, opening doors to opportunity and helping students envision futures in health careers.

Growing Green and Growing Strong

Local communities are growing stronger and greener, driving real impact. Programs like Community Services Unlimited, Inc.’s South Central Growers and Harvesters Network, are increasing economic security, mobility, and enhancing access to quality, organic produce for residents.

A Healthier Tomorrow Starts Today

A healthier tomorrow begins with access today — and you help expand care through programs such as the Salud Pa Ti/Health for You Program and Wellnest’s Early Intervention and Community Wellness Program. The USC Neighborhood Mobile Dental Van Prevention Program brings dental care directly to elementary students, improving attendance, boosting focus, and helping children succeed academically.

Where Creativity Takes the Lead

Creativity becomes a catalyst for confidence and leadership with your support, empowering more than 200 students each year through programs like 24th Street Theatre’s educational arts initiative. At Kaufman Connections, USC student volunteers introduce children to the discipline and joy of dance, while Jazz Hands for Autism nurtures creativity alongside social-emotional and cognitive development.

Fueling a Community of Care

You strengthen a community of care for all, expanding access to fresh food and essential resources through initiatives such as FEAST’s Family Feeding Program and Share a Meal, bringing consistent access to nutritious food for families facing hardship. Trojan Shelter offers transitional housing and holistic support — helping unhoused college students regain stability, stay on track academically, and build a path toward long-term success.
